Nithin Koshy is a brand strategist and multidisciplinary creative with over 15 years of experience across digital marketing, brand building, and business-led creative thinking. At NOW Media, he leads with a strategy-first approach; working directly with founders and leadership teams to build brands that are not just creatively distinct but deeply aligned with how businesses actually grow.
His career began at the sharp end of performance and scale. As one of the few fresh graduates hired directly by Yahoo, Nithin went on to work with Microsoft, managing search and display campaigns for global brands including AT&T, General Motors, Ford, GAP, IHG, and Yum Brands overseeing close to $5 million in monthly ad spend. That foundation gave him something most creative leaders lack: a native understanding of data, consumer behavior, and what actually drives commercial outcomes.
But it was the gap between agency output and business reality that shaped his trajectory. After leading the Bangalore expansion of a Hyderabad-based branding agency, Nithin moved client-side, joining AA Hospitality, an F&B holding company to see the brand-building process from the other side of the table. What he found confirmed an instinct: most agencies sit too far from the business. They deliver craft without context, creativity without accountability, and timelines that do not match the speed at which growth-stage brands operate.
That insight became the founding thesis of NOW Media in 2019. At NOW, Nithin operates as a strategic partner rather than a service provider embedding with clients to shape brand architecture, positioning, naming, identity systems, content strategy, and go-to-market thinking. His approach is research-led and systems-oriented: he designs not just how a brand looks, but how it behaves, scales, and holds together across every touchpoint from packaging to physical environments to digital ecosystems.
Under his leadership, NOW Media has grown from its F&B branding roots to working with over 200+ brands across 15+ industries, with clients spanning India, the Middle East, and beyond.
