Nithin Koshy brings close to 15 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and business-led creative thinking. He began his career at Yahoo, followed by Microsoft, managing search and display advertising for global clients such as At&T, GM, Ford, GAP, IHG, and Yum Brands handling close to $5 million in monthly ad spends. As one of the few fresh graduates hired directly by Yahoo, his entry into the industry was driven by self-taught expertise and a deep curiosity for digital media.
Before founding NOW Media in 2019, Nithin led the Bangalore expansion of a Hyderabad-based branding and social media agency. He later joined AA Hospitality, an F&B holding company, to gain client-side insight into the disconnect between creative agencies and business realities. That experience revealed a recurring gap: most agencies sat too far from the business, failing to move at the speed or the clarity that growth-focused brands need.
This insight became the foundation of NOW Media. At NOW, Nithin leads with a strategy-first approach, working closely with founders and leadership teams to build brands that are not just creatively distinct but deeply aligned with long-term business intentions. From brand identity to content systems, packaging, websites, and social media management, NOW acts as a full-stack creative partner for brands looking to scale. Under his leadership, the agency has expanded from its F&B branding roots to working with over 200 brands across 15+ industries with clients from across the globe.
