Divya Maben

Experienced in Brand Building, Design and Content Creation

Divya Maben is a creative director with over 15 years of experience across brand identity, visual systems, and creative strategy. At NOW Media, she shapes the studio's design language and leads the translation of brand strategy into identity systems that are distinctive, consistent, and built to work across every touchpoint.

Her perspective has been shaped by a life lived across continents. A graduate of Kodaikanal International School, Divya went on to study Economics in Canada and completed an MBA in International Management in the United Kingdom, where she also trained in styling in London. She worked with Abercrombie & Fitch, one of the world's most disciplined retail brands, gaining firsthand insight into how global identity systems maintain coherence across markets, environments, and product categories. She later joined Zomato in Dubai, working closely with the hospitality and dining sector during a period of rapid regional expansion.

Before co-founding NOW Media, Divya built an independent practice in styling and creative direction and was among the early voices in India's content creation space, working with leading global and Indian brands. That experience gave her a deep understanding of how brand communication works at the intersection of culture, aesthetics, and audience behavior. It sharpened her instinct for what makes people stop, look, and feel something, a sensibility she now brings to identity design, packaging, retail environments, and visual storytelling.

For Divya, design is a language of influence. Every element, from the broad strokes of a visual identity to the smallest brand detail, is considered for its ability to create connection, build recognition, and hold up over time. She brings an exacting eye to craft and a belief that the best brands are not decorated but distilled - stripped to what is essential, then made unmistakable.

Under her creative leadership, NOW Media continues to build brands that are contemporary in relevance and enduring in appeal.
