Nithin Koshy brings close to 15 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and business-led creative thinking. He began his career at Yahoo and Microsoft, managing search and display advertising for global clients such as GM, Ford, GAP, IHG, and Yum Brands handling close to $5 million in monthly ad spends. As one of the few fresh graduates hired directly by Yahoo, his entry into the industry was driven by self-taught expertise and a deep curiosity for digital media.
Before founding NOW Media in 2019, Nithin led the Bangalore expansion of a Hyderabad-based branding and social media agency. He later joined AA Hospitality, an F&B holding company, to gain client-side insight into the disconnect between creative agencies and business realities. That experience revealed a recurring gap: most agencies sat too far from the business, failing to move at the speed or with the clarity that growth-focused brands need. This insight became the foundation of NOW Media. At NOW, Nithin leads with a strategy-first approach, working closely with founders and leadership teams to build brands that are not just creatively distinct but deeply aligned with long-term business intentions. From brand identity to content systems, packaging, websites, and social media management, NOW acts as a full-stack creative partner for brands looking to scale. Under his leadership, the agency has expanded from its F&B branding roots to working with over 150 brands across 15+ industries and spread globally.
